This app was working great, then after an update I can’t log in. I try to reset password and it doesn’t send the needed token. I keep getting notifications about my card when i use it but can’t log in to see anything. I can’t deactivate or get rid of it or anything! My husband isn’t having any issues this is frustrating!!!!! You can’t get any I do to contact the creators even on google there isn’t anything on this app.

Can’t log in anymore. Contact page is blank and it won’t even send you a email to reset password or anything. I know my log in information is right. App is still outdated. It’s a major issue because I can’t get in to my card information and delete it if i even wanted to.

Terrible app. After registering cannot login. Cannot change password. Nonsensical error messages. Do not install this piece of junk.

I really liked this app at first but now I’m just annoyed. I can’t get into the app and it won’t let me change my password! Also, there is no one to call to report this too. I can only hope they resolve this soon or I’ll have to delete the app.

Rating 3 start because I had issues log in into this app after an update; however I read a review where app was deleted and reinstalled... and Vuala... started working again.

I usually love this app and it saved me when someone got my card info but now I can’t log in, can’t use Touch ID and can’t even contact them to tell them of the issue. Would really like some help if anyone reads this.

App used to work fine but doesn’t work at all now. Won’t accept password, but will not let the user change to new password. No contact information for developers. All and all a disappointing app.

After the update I can’t log in anymore! I’m still getting alerts but can’t log in to check my account! Please fix this!
