Easy way to turn my debit card on or off

I have had to reset my password a few times, but each time the program prompted me to set up fingerprint log in. When my balance is low, I can turn the card off until the situation is corrected, which saves me from the hated $ 35 overdraft fees.

Unable to establish a new account, even after calling the bank and them telling me it ‘should work now’. The only reason I got this app was because THEY SUGGESTED IT. No matter what I do nothing works. The “scan card” feature doesn’t work and the manual entry tells me my information doesn’t match their records even after confirming it on the phone with the bank.

I can’t see my account balance on this app!!! How is that going to help me??? This doesn’t make any sense at all. Ok it’s nice to see your transactions but how are you going to mange anything without looking at your account balance. This is frustrating. I wish we still had the other mobile banking app. So much easier and simple smh

My bank introduced me to this app after my card information was stolen. I love how I can turn my card on and off only when I need. Also, the notifications I get are wonderful. I k is exactly when a restaurant swipes my card. Would highly recommend to others.

Great app but I show 7 new notifications and 6 were what I looked at year. All the time.

I had my card turned off but was able to go into a large chain retailer snd not only purchase groceries but was able to get cash back as well! Not on purpose...forgot my card was turned off

The itouch security was knocked off. I used high level PW. Now touch will not work and it will not allow me ability to reset password.

I like having control over my cards but this morning I received notifications of 6 charges received on my bank card even though it was turned off. Contacted my bank then tried to contact SecurLOCK to find out how this could happen, but no contact info. Don’t like that part.
