Touch ID issues

I really want to rank this app more highly, but I have a phone with Touch ID for a reason, and that reason is not to keep having to type my password in over and over. For security, I could understand having to manually enter a password occasionally, but this happens daily and it's a pain. When this is fixed, I will happily kick my rating up a few notches.

Slow and buggy at times. I turn on Touch ID and works for a day or two and then I have to login with my password. I like the app, but it needs some work to be fully functional.

Very thankful I had this app when my card was compromised. It notified me ASAP that the card had been used. I noticed rt away and it was deactivated before any money was taken out. They tried using it again last night with no success. The touch pad doesn’t always work but hopefully soon. It saved me thank goodness.

I can’t sign up for their service because it tells me my verification info is wrong. I have the card in front of me and I know my address and how it’s entered into the computers. I’ve even lived there for years. My info is not wrong but it won’t let me sign up anyways. I try to send them an email and it comes back as undeliverable. If I didn’t know any better, this looks just like a phishing scam.

TouchID doesn’t work reliably, more often than not have to do a forgot pswd to get reset when want to use app.
No TouchID/FaceID; no pasting passwords

Like others I have been frustrated by the lack of TouchID/FaceID integration. To make that worse, there’s no ability to paste into the password field. Since I use unique passwords per app and a password manager to manage them all, the only thing useful about this app to me is the notifications.

The concept is stellar, but this app only works on a hit-or-miss basis. It will not consistently display your transactions, and the Touch ID function simply doesn’t work. A poorly designed product, with no apparent support.

This app is great and easy to use. I really like to being able to monitor and set my own card limits. I like that if I ever loose my card I have the protection of shutting it down.

This is a great app. Love the control it provides and the fact it is Touch ID login compatible. As long as your bank is a participating bank you can register your card and use this app. Love it!
