My mom bought hockey tickets as a surprise birthday gift for my dad so he and I could go to a hockey game. The game ended up getting cancelled due to the coronavirus ): but SeatGeek sent an email saying the refunds would be distributed in about 2 weeks of when the season was cancelled... A few weeks later, I get an email saying we get a “credit” refund that only lasts for 12 months. If I would like to change this refund method I have SEVEN DAYS to contact customer service. I have contacted costumer service in every possible way. They don’t have a phone number, they have taken down their live chat, I have emailed, sent direct messages on social media, yet I still have not received a reply.. the worst costumer service I have ever seen. I don’t know how you can run a business this poorly. I had never heard of this company before my mom bought our hockey tickets and I would have NEVER used it, if I was purchasing the tickets myself/knew she was buying tickets. I definitely never will now. I just hope I will be able to get their money back in time.. only 2 more days left until my 7 day period is over ):

I’ve purchased great seats for concerts and games and always had very good service on SeatGeek.

i spent over $350 on tickets to a concert that got cancelled then was told to by several gift card which was like another $100 for a “virtual wallet” or whatever, then they actually never gave me my refund. if you buy from here don’t expect a refund. ?

This app is the worst they wouldn’t give me a refund to a ticket I bought that was canceled to corona instead they gave me a credit witch I didn’t want I emailed and took them 4 days to respond and then called and they were useless on helping

My baseball game was canceled on May 30th. I ask them to refund money back to my bank account on June 1st. Their customer service replied quickly and promised me that they would take care of this and process refund as soon as possible within 30 days but until today (7/3) I received nothing. Tried to get with their customer service again, only said they are busy cannot reply me request.... very bad experience. Still waiting for their reply

My event was canceled due to covid. Has been 4 months and still have not received my refund. Won’t be using app for purchasing any tickets for any events. I blame David Dobrik for advertising this company ? jk lol but don’t buy tickets through this company.

I bought tickets for the Houston livestock show and rodeo. It was canceled due to COVID. Never received a payment or voucher or credit back. I have used this app for multiple events I’ve spent over $2,000+ through this app. I will no longer use it if this is their standard for customer service
