I would recommend ANYONE who is thinking of buying tickets from the SeatGeek app please read the comments on their social media pages before purchasing. It seems like a lot of the reviews in the App Store are contrived. I would also read recent reviews from the BBB. The app works, but only if you want to NOT be guaranteed you’ll get your tickets, or a refund if the show is postponed or cancelled. The customer service is AWFUL, as well. If you still buy from them after reading all of this and their reviews, then good luck to you.

SeatGeek is a good way to buy tickets for concerts and sports games. Sometimes the service fees are a bit much.

Seat geek works great for cavs games. The way to transfer tickets is very easy too. Would recommend..
