If you’re event gets cancelled they will not refund your money! I bought tickets to a Cubs game for July 4th. The event got officially cancelled the end of June. I got an email on June 30th staying they would reach out to me within 2-3 weeks so I could choose my refund option. A month later I contacted customer service because I still hadn’t heard from them. Another week goes by and I sent another email. Finally got a response after the second email and they said they sent me an email the beginning of June, never got one and I sent them a screenshot the email I received on June 30. I got a reply with they sent another email July 20 about how I wanted my refund, funny thing is I never got an email, so I sent them a screenshot of all of my emails from them. After that I haven’t heard anything back from them. They are a scam and it looks like there is already a lawsuit against them and ALOT of people out of money!

This app barely functions when t has to, I don’t understand how it has 5 stars. Additionally, the company is genuinely awful and their support team absolutely unhelpful. Really terrible experience all around.

this is the worst ticket service I have ever used. The 1st time I didn’t receive my tickets until 2 hours before the event on a Sunday. The 2nd time I used it they jerked me around for over three months during COVID-19 when my event was canceled. To date I have not received my refund and had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau in order to get my money back. Coincidentally the day after I filed my claim I was told I would receive a full refund in 30-45 days from that point. Despite the fact the show has been canceled for 2 months already.

I purchased a ticket 7 months ago and the event was on May but it got postponed.... UNTIL NOW AND THEY DON’T GIVE US THE OPTION FOR A REFUND!!!! I heard that people that purchased from Ticketmaster already got their refund. I do not recommend this app and I will be purchasing tickets from Ticketmaster from now on!!
