The WORST place to buy tickets

I bought some tickets for a concert. It was canceled due to covid 19 and seatgeek literally did NOTHING to help so now I’m out 400$ and highly disappointed. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND. Horrible customer service, horrible communication, all around terrible!!

Bought tickets in February for a concert in June. The corona virus cause the artist to reschedule for the same date but next year. I asked for a refund and was denied. They claimed that a bought a ticket that were “resell” tickets. That information was never disclosed to me. They don’t differentiate this. And I won’t get a refund.

Worst App To Buy Tickets

Bought 2 tickets for a hockey game that never happened because of the pandemic. Had to wait 3 months for SeatGeek to respond to my emails. They told me they would give me a 100% refund in 2 weeks. Today I get an email from SeatGeek saying that my refund with be a promo code that will be credited to my SeatGeek account. I tried to contact customer support again to ask for my money back and they’re not responding. This is by far the worst app I’ve ever used to purchase tickets and I will never use it again. If I were you I’d buy from Ticketmaster or someone else with better customer service.

I spent close to 200 dollars for concert tix, and then the event got moved to over a year later. Bc the event was “rescheduled” and not cancelled, they will not refund the tickets. The guy I talked to today about it was very rude.
