Horrible Customer service
buy tix somewhere else!!
Our event was canceled due to Covid. Event date was early April, I was finally issued a refund on June 4, 2020. I was told both over the phone and via email that it would take 30 days. I waited. Nothing. They are holding almost $400 and not refunding. They don’t reply to emails, trying to on track done a customer service phone number is almost impossible. I still have not received my refund and am now being told that refunds are delayed due to COVID. I do not recommend this app. Spend your money else where! I won’t be buying tickets from them ever again.

They changed their policy without notifying us and now I am out almost $500 because they will not give you your money back. CANCEL SEATGEEK. What a scam.

I bought preseason tickets 2 months ago for the Seahawks vs Texans in Houston... Preseason is canceled and they won’t refund me... This is happening all over the place.

I ordered tickets for a football game in September that just got cancelled, and while they gave me a code for an equivalent purchase I did not realize it was a singular purchase. the event I used the code was a cheaper event and now I cannot get my extra $400 back I payed for the other 2 tickets

I received my refund for a COVID cancelled hockey game. I will keep using Seatgeek once live sporting events come back, hopefully in a year or so.
