Horrible when it comes to refunds.

I’ve been fighting for a refund since last month and they have failed to provide one even though they have said they “attempted to” This refund was owed back when the pandemic happened and they didn’t proceed on trying to give one back then when they are “trying” to now they haven’t done anything as well if you get it as a credit it’s a one time use so it can’t even sit in your account as cash to use for other shows. I liked them at first but after this I don’t feel comfortable using this platform.
