Love the idea, but...

I sent my boyfriend a letter through Sandboxx and now every time I open the app it crashes. Deleted it and reinstalled it a bunch of times and it still does the same thing. I tried on my computer but it won’t let me crop the image I want to send so I can’t win.. please fix these problems, I can’t send letters this way until everything is fixed

This app made BCT with my soldier a bit easier knowing that I could send my love and encouragement to my soldier within 24 hours. Customer service is amazing, and I’m glad I used this app. I recommend this to everyone.
Chinese letters become unreadable codes

I sent four long letters in Chinese to my husband, with very important and time-sensitive information. Then after I received my husband’s first letter, I got to know all my letters were unreadable at all!!! It’s extremely frustrating for both of us. My husband said he just looked at all the unreadable letters and tried to imagine what they were about. Seriously, what kind of technology are you using that cannot display Chinese characters?!
Too many glitches app doesn’t work correctly

The search feature won’t search names ever time. Have to keep restarting app and I have even tried common last names like smith and nothing pulls up . I sent a letter using this app and now it won’t even let me find my RCT to send another letter . Certain screens don’t fit the iPhone screen and the keyboard stays up and thus causing issues trying to see or click anything the keyboard is covering . Someone from the apps tech seriously needs to do some actual self usage using differs platforms and fix what seems to me to be easy fixes. I will send my letters via snail mail now and it’s because this app won’t let me search or reconnect with my RCT who I just sent a letter to two weeks ago. He was in my connections list and now he is not and like I said can’t search him to try to reconnect. So frustrating !

Where do I begin...I do love this app and the customer service is excellent!! Having my Son in Boot Camp has been very stressful. Knowing I have the ability to communicate with my Son at my fingertips is priceless! And that is what Sandboxx does...they alleviate the stress and make it so simple to just write letters and you don’t have to worry about dropping off the letters in the mailbox....Sandboxx does it for you! Truly recommend this app to everyone!
It’s not letting me look anyone up on this app.

So Disappointed with App
I loved sending letters via Sandboxx and being able to add a photo from my pictures on my phone. Letters arrived fast as promised and my Solider was glad to get the pictures with each letter. Would recommend everyone use this excellent appt!! If you send a letter before 5:00pm it really arrives to your Solider in 2 days easily. Loved the tracking of my letters in the app. Such a great timesaver with sending letters and pictures.
Faster through usps mail

My recruit says he get letters through usps faster than Sandboxx letters , I’d rather buy a book of stamps & send off letters daily than to pay $4 a letter when it’s way faster through regular postal service.
