I live in Europe and experience difficulties with my address in the US. Before my first letter I asked about this in chat, and suggestions were made, those seemed to work, and I send a message that it worked but there was a mistake that isn’t an issue. Crystal asked for my correct address, corrected it and even offered to resend everything so my Coast Guard recruit had the correct address. I told her that wasn’t necessary. Honestly I wanted to commend them that the recruit will receive my letter about 24 hours more or less! I’m not sure which is more impressive to me the customer service or the service Sandboxx offers!

My son is in boot camp and this app has been our connection source. Very reliable. Easy to use and you can even include a photo or send a gift card. It has tons of other features like newsletters and travel arrangements for graduation. Very happy with this app.

The only thing is that it’s a little pricey when there is a limit on characters :( other than that I love everything about it especially that you can see when it gets there
Once you buy credits, they don’t care about you

Between my son and myself, we have 10 letter credits remaining as our SIT is being medically discharged. We can NOT give these credits to any of the ones servicing nor can we give them to our friends to write to their SIT. What a crock! My suggest you buy small packages until you know you’ll use it. ?
This app disappointed me

Not going to lie, I expected letters to process & send a little faster than they actually do on this app. It takes my letters 2 or 3 days just to process & then another 3 days to send & get delivered. When I send letters in the mail, it only takes 4 days, so I’m not sure why I’m even paying to have my letters travel slower. I will probably stop using this app after the letters I have already sent actually process finally.

This is the easiest and most efficient way to get letters to our military family members. Quick and easy and I love being able to add a picture! Having this app with my son at boot camp makes me happy knowing my notes get to him quickly! Thank you Sandboxx. This is one happy mama.

Lost a long letter I was working on (please make an option where you can save drafts) and lost the letter credit as well, even though I never got to send it.
