Without Sandboxx I’d have to go develop pictures to send. With Sandboxx I can take a picture and send the same day. So very convenient! Sandbox letters also get delivered a lot sooner and are tracked! I could go on about the perks!

The Sandboxx app offers a lot of comfort for parents who are separated from their child. You can take solace in the fact that you know your loved one received your letter, even if they don’t have time to respond right away also, the fact that the letter they receive includes a postage paid envelope is genius! It’s saves so much time especially in stressful and busy environments. I recommend this app to all military members and family and friends of members! Thanks Sandboxx!!

Is this app up and running or what???? It won’t open and I can’t get any information on what’s the problem. I have lost all the copies of the letters that I written to my first son that joined the marines and now I can’t even retrieve the information for my second son who have also joined the marines. What the heck?
The bug fix made the app crash

I have NOT been able to open my sandboxx app since the bug fix for app crashing was updated. I had no issues with it before this update, but every since I updated the app, it crashes every single time I try to open it. Awesome job!

I just did the most recent update and my app doesn't open past the main screen. I still get the weekly update dates but i cant get into the app at All. I like the app bur please please please fix the crashes

getting an alert from sandboxx was the first communication i recd from my son which made my day as i now had an address for him. the app is super easy to use and really helped with my sadness of him being so far away as i can write to him any time of the day and i like that it will pick up where i left off if i didn't finish my letter before i closed the app. when i see the prepaid envelope in the mail from him, our whole house gets happy. the app is extremely user friendly and a must for any proud but anxious parent whose child is in recruit training (boot camp) as it does help ease your mind somewhat (a mom never completely stops worrying). thanks!!!!! p.s. the last update prior to 1/2/18 crashed the app so that it wouldn't even open. i did as they suggested and deleted app and reinstalled it and it worked fine again. so when i saw the 1/2/18 update i was hesitant on installing it as i didn't want my app to crash again. it took me until 1/5/18 to stop being a wimp and i installed the latest update and guess what? it works great!!! :) i like the small enhancements made to make letter writing even easier.

Love this app! I don't have to worry about running out to the mailbox on time and can attach small collages instead of using printer ink on pictures I'd like to send. Only problem is I keep needing to reinstall the app because the card payment screen gets stuck in an infinite loop and I can't select a card. It's a lot of extra work to keep installing and reinstalling and I also hope it doesn't interfere with anything. Otherwise really happy with this service! Thank you xx
