Sandbox has made it so easy for me to send my Grandson letters while he is in Basic Training. Not only does he get it Faster than Snail Mail, he gets materials to send me one back. Thanks Sandbox

My son is away at basic, his sisters and I love this app.... this app is the most convenient away for us to get mail to our soldier! Not to mention the updates of what is going on with our soldier that week! First time soldier mommy and siblings and we love this app!
Great way to communicate at Bootcamp

My son is in MCRD San Diego at Bootcamp and I send him letters and photos using the SandBox app and they get to him in about a day to two days tops so far. Plus it gives him a envelope to responded back. App is easy to use and keeps me informed of the progress of my letter getting to my recruit. I would recommend Sandbox to anyone with a family member at Bootcamp.

We really like the ability to send a letter so quickly and efficiently. We learned about it through the Air Force WingMoms website. It is expensive however. I guess when your loved one is in the service, the cost is not as big a factor- especially when they are in BMT.
Horrible Experience

They advertise overnight letters along with updates on you loved one experience. I never received updates and my lives did not receive his letter. They continued to tell me that they sent it and made excuses on why my son had not received the letter. When I requested a refund they refused and stated that they did not do refunds. I would not recommend this service to anyone. The US Postal Service will be the best option to stay in contact with your family in the service. My son has gone over two weeks thinking that I have not written him. So disappointed! I think this is a SCAM.
