I was highly disappointed when I had to check my son phone physically due to a conversation he was having to find that not all of his message are actually coming through. Only parts or random messages. This does nothing for me, and I paid for the service!!!!! For a year!!!!

This used to be a great service and app, then they updated it and now to see texts you have to connect the other persons phone to a computer. That’s ridiculous, since if I have the phone, I’ll just check the texts and save my money and not use their service. Also, their tech support is atrocious and they make false promises to keep you signed up, such as “we’ll be fixing this issue in one week”, then two weeks, then later this month, so your annual service will renew. I will be canceling. Used to be great now it’s garbage.

The newest version of this app is, well, almost useless. I can no longer monitor my kid’s activity from my phone. It was clunky before but mostly as a result of the limitations imposed by iOS. I’ve used this app for more than a year because it was better than the alternatives. If there isn’t any improvement soon, I’ll cancel my subscription. It’s not worth $14 a month at this point.

I wanted to have this installed but it is so complicated, and they want me to turn off two-step authentication or something on my kid’s phone, plus go to websites and it got too complicated. Now I’m worrying if I’ve actually managed to delete the app from my kid’s devices as well as my own, and if I’ve handed out her iCloud password to some unknown party... there’s got to be an easier way.

I can’t delete ANYTHING on my phone thanks to this stupid app. I want to delete apps that I don’t need and don’t use. Is that too much to ask for?!

I have been trying to set up all day! I've put my son's iTunes account where it's supposed to be, but it won't connect and constantly tells me it's time out! It won't let me set up the text part of the app!! Help please! I've sent email and have not gotten a response!!

I put this on my child phone and we set it up all correctly and it said “Your all set up” but not after but establishing viruses on my phone witch I had to replace because the Apple store was not able to take it down! We later found out this app was made by some Hindu guy in India and that all the good reviews are from fake accounts. The Apple store is currently trying to take it down.

Charged for a month even when I canceled free trial shortly after it started

This app does not let parents see images that are sent like it claims. It’s a lengthy process to set up. I was charged a full month subscription even though I canceled free trial within 24 hours of starting the free trial. I’m not having to go through a lengthy process to get this corrected.

Couldn’t get it to work after hours of “set-up”

Downloaded this app and followed instructions on both phones. Had several issues and still couldn’t get the thing to work. Errors on my son’s phones and no explanations on how to fix them. Had the set up process not taken forever, I would have deleted the app from his phone and started over, but was already way too frustrated. Also not a fan of the $139 annual auto renewal default..you can change it to monthly or every 6 months, but it takes some digging to find that option. Cancelled before even handing my son back his phone. Not worth the bother.
