Why do I keep getting charged for this app!? I’ve NEVER used this app, but somehow I keep getting charged... for the last 3 months now! I’ve tried every way imaginable to stop the recurring charges and to get my money back each month... ALL I GET IS REDIRECTED TO ANOTHER PAGE!!

Be careful. The app charges you a full years subscription if you don’t pay attention! I wasn’t able to get the app working properly in time for the 7 day free trial. I was to busy. It charged me $140 for a full year subscription and they won’t let me cancel!

No one to call. People on chat hang up on you. The app itself did not work as Promised because I was not able to see all the text messages from the other shared phone.

This app charged me twice. Apple saw the discrepancy and refunded me but my bank has yet to receive the refund. I blame the app because when my trial was over I accepted the subscription, then when I reopened the app it asked me to sign in again... and that’s where it double charged me. Now waiting on my end for this refund. The app is okay, but I don’t receive texts or webpage visits until a day or two after. The install is a little tricky, and walks you through but I had to go back and find info to help me to take care of issues because it didn’t fully sync. The Icloud needs to be backed up on the target phone. I also cannot get copies of phone calls because we have an Iphone, so yeah that stinks. It seemed to work better during the trial. The double charging left a bad taste in my mouth and alot if work on my end to get refunded. Too expensive for what it delivers.

This app is a joke. It is promoted to be the solution for those with iPhones. Guess what...it’s not. The support they have is very limited and considering how poorly designed this app is they should have an entire room full of people trying to fix the problems with this piece of crap app. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid.

1st off, I’m normally one to write reviews. This is the 1st one I’ve done in 3 years. This app Does not do as advertised! When requesting a refund it was denied. It basically just cost me $140 for garbage. I’d give it 0 stars if it was an option.
Slow at times but worth it

At times the app is slow at showing text my daughter gets in. But overall the app is great I always know what apps are safe and who she is talking to! This is our first year to have a child with a phone this app was the only one that showed the text messages for a iPhone! It’s worth the money! I also love that it has her ask permission for the apps she gets! I have recommended to several friends!
