App not worth the money

This app doesn't work as promised. After backing up my daughters phone, and checking for new content through the app on my phone, no new texts appear, although she has been texting on it all day and searching the web. Not worth the $14.99 monthly subscription. Edit: They support staff for the app has been contact. Have yet to hear from them and that was over 3 weeks ago. My child’s phone now has been disabled fully by this app. No way to get a hold of these people. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS APP AS POSSIBLE. Second Edit: Just received yet another email from the developer? Same automated email I received months ago. This app did not work at all. I had to uninstall it (months ago)and it messed up my daughters phone. Would not recommend it to anyone. Not sure as to why these people are contacting me now when I tried to get ahold of them months ago. Maybe they should check their spam folder. Horrible customer service.
Cannot complete Install

I followed the install process and stalled out with a message stating, “There was a problem fetching backups from your account.” I wrote the help desk that evening and am still waiting for a response. My free one week subscription expires in 2 days so I will cancel the subscription to avoid payment.

I have had this app for quite awhile and am constantly having issues with it. You need to be able to talk to a live person to resolve issues. Email just doesn’t cut it. Why do I keep getting a message that says you need to change the password on this device. Tap here to fix. And it doesn’t work. Can you send me step by step instructions on what and when to do on each device. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and when it says click here for help it takes you back to the login screen. You re-enter the info again and nothing

One thing to note is that it doesn’t give you real time display of text. It only updates once per 24 hr period, and if any text are deleted they will not be displayed. The site says probably they will be displayed but in my application they have not.

I downloaded the app but when I saw that it was $151 I did not install nor join and I cancelled the 7 day trail and they still charged me $151.00. I have not even used the dam trail!.

Why can’t I refresh the text log more than once a day? Why is it when I disable the apps my daughter is able to still use some of the apps? Sometimes when I disable the apps the whole screen locks and then keeps glitching? Not worth the monthly subscription at all!!

I installed this on my daughters phone and paid monthly until I found a different app to use. I let he subscription lapse and because of this, I am now unable to remove safer kid from her device because it had administrator rights (she has an Android). I did this so she couldn’t uninstall the app on her own. We cannot get into any app on her phone or the settings to disable the rights on the phone allowing us to uninstall SaferKid. I went so far as to try to factory reset her device meaning she would lose absolutely everything on it but SURPRISE! I can’t do that either, even when I try force factory reset. That didn’t work so I tried using my husbands phone to sign up for the free trial period and going that route to deactivate it on her phone. NOPE. Not only would it not recognize the app is already installed on her phone, but I can’t even get into the internet on her device to reassign it to be linked with his phone. I’m so angry I have to pay ANOTHER $15 for an app I’m not using just so I can deactivate the controls. DOWNLOAD AND SUBSCRIBE WITH CAUTION!!!
