Signs you out often

TriPLe PLatiNuM

At first I had an issue with her phone sending mine data even though it was plugged in & connected to WiFi every night. Then it would only send partial data missing many texts. Also it wasn’t showing anything searched on the internet (especially not private searching) which was the biggest issue. Last it constantly signs out & I don’t have the time to make sure it’s signed in constantly. It is a very good app but needs a lot of repairing. It wasn’t worth my money for the 3-4 months I had it.

Takes forever to get info

The backup and download of phone calls and text messages is ridiculous. This is even after turning off two step verification. I have used a different app in the past to check up on my teenager it was much easier to navigate. My next complaint is the price. Thought I had agreed to monthly billing, just got credit card statement and was charged for entire year $139.99. I canceled subscription through Apple but it doesn’t prorate any refund just tells you that access is approved through the year. Better look again, because I’ve already contacted support about the download issue and I was told to disable two step verification. When I responded that I wasn’t willing to disable two step I was given alternative options for downloading, still didn’t work. As far as billing goes I will contact Apple.

Terrific app

We love this app. Setting up was easy but follow the directions to the letter. I contacted customer support via email and got respond next day with easy to follow directions. As a parents, this app gives us peace of mind.

Seems like a good idea but didn’t work for us

This app seemed like a good idea, so I downloaded the free trail. The set up is lengthy and complex if you aren’t tech-savvy. It requires you to have iCloud and the child’s phone be backed up daily on iCloud. My child’s phone said it could be backed up on iCloud. After a week of paying for more iCloud storage, trying to backup on the cloud, we had no success. Because we couldn’t get the phone to backup to iCloud, this app was useless and we cancelled. I also understand that if the child just turns off their iCloud backup or if the phone doesn’t back up for some reason, you’re not going to ever get the text activity. Again, useless! If they can come up with a way to do this without iCloud backups, I would consider purchasing it.

Call length

LittleBigDJ

In the most recent update I am no longer to see the duration of each call. Is it possible where that can be implemented back in? In addition, the application crashes when I scroll down the conversations for text.

Excellent product and support

very techie mom

SaferKid is the only reason my children have phones. It makes me feel safe. I tell everyone how great it is. If you're on the fence, definitely get it. You won't regret it.

OMG, it really works!!!!

We tried 5 monitoring apps we found on Google, and none of them worked. Then a friend told me about this. Works great! Highly recommended!!

Never worked reliably

JenLC43202

I researched monitoring apps and really tried to make this one work. However, after several months of paying more than $16 per month, I cancelled the subscription. Every single time I tried to use the app, my information was outdated, I needed to update some setting somewhere AGAIN, my child’s phone needed something adjusted or downloaded, etc. I even emailed customer service only to have them tell me to jump through the same hoops to avoid future issues. Which I did. Next time I logged in, SAME issues. Waste of money - the monthly charges were literally the only thing that was reliable about this app.
