Cancelled my subscription during the week trial...still got charged $140! Not happy with this company!!!

I subscribed to the free trial and it didn’t give me any notifications when it was gonna be up.As well as taking 139 bucks from my card I just wanted to try it not buy it.In my opinion the app should notify you when your trial is up before taking. The money off your account.

We setup the phone with a bit of difficulty but got it to work. Unfortunately, we had multiple issues and the phone was finally disabled from any functionally including 911 emergency calls. How can it be a safer kid if they are unable to even dial 911??

I love the app it’s nice to be able to monitor my kids without asking for the phone or hovering them.

No support, text messages cant be seen for hours, child can delete message and it wont get transferred. Needs a lot of work before someone should pay 140 bucks for the service. Beware before purchasing. I havent seen an update from my childs phone in almost 12 hours. Not acceptable. Yes this is a REAL review from a REAL adult

I got this to monitor my daughters texts do to a few issues we had last summer. I saw it can take a day to get the new texts, I’m good with that. It said the first time would be a little longer. It worked so decided to let my trial lapse. The last text I got was 2 weeks ago. Good money down the drain.

I would give less than one star if I could. This app will not keep track of phone calls and has still failed to keep track of on single text message. Tried contacting with no response. Don’t waist your time with this one

App does not load all text messages from my child’s phone, does not load deleted texts, does not log phone calls or anything of use! Paid $149 for the year & the app has not loaded in 10 days. Very disappointed, would like a refund.
Won’t let me delete it

Downloaded it and decided I didn’t want it anymore but it won’t let me delete it or move any of my apps. Very upset. How do I fix this?
