If I could give RushCard a -0 I still haven’t received my music be that was took from my card I really hate rush card

Unreliable, app rarely works, fees are outrageous. Only convenient thing is early direct deposit. This is my last month with a rush card.

I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and I can not stand the login thing now and every time its always a problem with the card. like I had to be re issued a new card because the old one out of no where just stopped working. It’s always a problem now I just received a card new card and I went to the gas station on E and I could not use it because it wouldn’t swipe and it’s brand spanking new a brand new card and I just activated it. Come on they have to better. I called to talk to a agent I could barely understand what he was saying his accent was very strong he didn’t understand me at all. He repeated himself until I asked to speak to another agent. Then when she gets on the phone it’s the same problem. At the end of the call I was very disappointed and did not get anything resolved. No gas wither went to work on E and prayed that I could get it resolved when I got to work. I call them back when I got to work. Card still did not work they still telling me it’s the places I swiped the card at it’s spanking new and I’ve already been to over 5 (five) different places I’m upset at the way that RushCard is now becoming and I’m so ready to leave and just go to another bank. I rather wait two days instead of having to go my money early and continue to keep going through the nonsense of the logging in and having to wait for a code and then this card thing This will be my third card and it’s only been 6 months it’s to much. Rush card has to do better get up to date.

This app has become horrible. It will randomly shut down if you're trying to pause and I pause your card. When transferring money the app freezes and doesn't show your transfer for a few minutes. I keep updating it thinking it's going to fix the bugs but no such luck

I’ve been with RushCard for a few years and it used to be reliable. It used to deposit my pay two days early around 8pm on a Wednesday (my payday is Friday) now every week the money comes in at different times. It’s like they give you your funds whenever they feel like. In that case it doesn’t serve its purpose, I might as well just wait until payday to get paid. I need gas and lunch money for work right now and it is now 5:42am in a Thursday and I have yet to receive my pay. You guys need to get it together cause you guys are gradually failing and falling behind the times. As technology advances you guys are declining primitively.

I first started with Rush Card Dec 2008 I was in college and used my student email now I cannot update my email address without sending a copy of my SSN # and my DL like what is the holy hell?! I just want to update my email address to use the app they have lost my business.

I was already aware of the fee schedule but to not be able to speak to a person is unacceptable. I had to download a call app because the automated system recognizes my number and does not give me an agent option. I was locked out of my account and instructed to call rushcard. If unlocking your account was an option on the menu I wouldn’t have an issue. Shameful that you all go out of your way to avoid existing customers. 0 stars
