I got the card just so my man can send me money while he’s out of town because I’m a stay at home mom. We have tried every single way to transfer from his rushcard to mine and it said error every time. Tried talking to a live person and I tried calling and it was useless. The only good thing is getting a paycheck early but if you want to transfer well good luck.
Can’t get into mobile app

Been trying for about three weeks now and I cannot get into my account keeps on saying “error” what could be the cause of this and how can I or you Fix this??

I’ve been with RushCard since they started. I’ve had my ups and downs with them, but they are good to have when you can’t get a regular bank account. I don’t receive my payroll deposit 2 days early. I receive my money late Thursday evening right before I go into work. That being the case, I just deposit a little money on the card and use it to pay smaller bills or just have extra cash on hand. Other than that, the card is decent to have around.

For 3 days now I can’t login into my account keeps telling me an error occurred. Thought it was me, but come to find out my step mom was having the same problem.

how do y’all FINALLY make an update MONTHS later, & the app STILL doesn’t work? get it together. ??♀️ what bugs did you fix? ???♀️ all y’all did was update the version number & say you fixed things to make it look like y’all doing something over there...

Load check with Ingo is no longer working since latest update, gives you msg box stating your session is invalid please login again (A94). Spoke with both Rush & Ingo customer service, both say it’s a technical issue with the app but won’t say if it’s being fixed. I use Ingo weekly to deposit my check, very inconvenient that this option has been messed up since latest update! Fix it asap!

Info load checks has been down for 2 days. Other than that app is amazing I’ve had services for over a year and have full satisfaction and am sure once they see this problem will be fixed; hence why they still get 5 stars!
