SMH – RushCard Review

I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and I can not stand the login thing now and every time its always a problem with the card. like I had to be re issued a new card because the old one out of no where just stopped working. It’s always a problem now I just received a card new card and I went to the gas station on E and I could not use it because it wouldn’t swipe and it’s brand spanking new a brand new card and I just activated it. Come on they have to better. I called to talk to a agent I could barely understand what he was saying his accent was very strong he didn’t understand me at all. He repeated himself until I asked to speak to another agent. Then when she gets on the phone it’s the same problem. At the end of the call I was very disappointed and did not get anything resolved. No gas wither went to work on E and prayed that I could get it resolved when I got to work. I call them back when I got to work. Card still did not work they still telling me it’s the places I swiped the card at it’s spanking new and I’ve already been to over 5 (five) different places I’m upset at the way that RushCard is now becoming and I’m so ready to leave and just go to another bank. I rather wait two days instead of having to go my money early and continue to keep going through the nonsense of the logging in and having to wait for a code and then this card thing This will be my third card and it’s only been 6 months it’s to much. Rush card has to do better get up to date.
