ITS RIDICULOUS HOW THIS APP ALWAYS DOWN, I don’t understand how they going to take most of all the call options off and send you to a nun working app. This will be my last time using Rush Card & I’ve been a member since 2017-2016. Taking all my money off and cutting this card up, PERDIOT!

I TRIED TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES. At first they try to offer you some promos on random stuff like diretcv. When you answer that you’re not interested, it hangs up. So then I callback. It gives me a menu, then tells me I’ll be transferred to an agent. Then it says they are all busy, THEN IT HANGS UP. I’ve had an account with them for years, by WHATS the point of dealing with a “bank” that I can’t call. If I’m not able to call by the end of the week I’ll be cancelling all accounts.

Need help, as I have NO ACCESS TO FUNDS FOR TWO WEEKS??? Phone number to customer service has been cut off..Reoccurrence of Oct 2015.....website chat gone, acct is locked so I can’t activate my replacement card that THEY blocked!! STAY AWAY - THIS COMPANY HAS INCONVENIENCED ME FOR THE SECOND TIME!!I I had really hoped GreenDot was going do something positive , once they acquired a company that Russell Simmons obviously couldn’t run. But it’s the same bad experience . Shame on you for bailing on customer service AGAIN! Stay away smart people.. it’s all truth. Research before doing business here!!

HATE IT! Can’t use with no other banking apps! Can’t EVER SPEAK WITH A HUMAN! My card expired I can’t even contact them for a new one! You send a ton of emails to customer support and no one EVER responds! Cheesy card ! Cheesy service! Advice.....find a better card

Please to anyone thinking about getting a rush card ..don’t!!its a rip-off for real. I cannot Login to my account and cannot get no one in the phone to help me.... we have a pantemic!!!!and I cannot access my money omg!!!! Help me !! I will never rely on rush card again promise

Very hard to contact you guys buy phone and on line is ridiculous . I’ve called about 2 things and 1 am still waiting for an answer & the other you never responded, you just sent me another card. When you say your going to get back to you, it would be nice to do so.
