What do I have to do to reset my account that I have got lock out of cause I can’t remember my info. Do I need to request a new card and start over..please help..

Trying to recover my account. I have to request a validation code to be sent to my email, it expires after 5 min. I don’t get the email sent back til after 5 min ? Did this a couple of times til I exceeded the max number of attempts. Once you do that they give you a number to call “immediately” well I did that and there are no prompts to speak with a live person nor could I recover my account. So I got the card only for it not to be used. Lol!

I have had this card for 10+ years and love it I think it’s the best prepaid card out there haven’t had any issues since I got it and I use it for everything
App doesn’t work

I’ve had this card for almost a year now and never had any issues. All of a sudden the app has not been working for the last week and a half. Can someone tell me what’s going on

It used to work a few months ago but now every time I try to sign in in says I have to try again later which doesn’t work.
The app USED to work.

Yeah the app used to work but good luck even getting logged in. This app is crap! UPDATE: I haven’t been able to log into the app for about two weeks now. It keeps saying error occurred. ? So this week I will be opening an ACTUAL bank account.
I can’t see my money

Every week I get an error message that don’t allow me to see my money when I log into the app. I move my money to a chase account I can wait til Friday knowing my money is secured....
