App doesn’t work

I (along with several others) have tried unsuccessfully to make an account via this app and have received a pop up stating my email addresses or password is invalid. I’m thinking this is a bug and they need to create an update to fix it

You can’t sign up due to the app timing out. Then when you think it’s finally gonna work, you’re told the email/password is invalid and you can’t contact tech support without an email registered to the app. Just wanted to try the free Italian Ice tomorrow (5/3) since I’ve never had one. :/

Issues with log on

Doesn’t allow me to log in using my email address that was previously linked through Facebook. Repeats that the password and email is invalid even when trying to create a new account with a separate email. Have sent an email as well

Says email and password aren’t valid. Tried several times on different days. Tried to request forgotten password and that didn’t work. Said need to sign up. Can’t sign up because I either get a frozen spinning wheel or invalid email message. Super frustrating.

Can’t use the app

It won’t let me login. It keeps saying my email is invalid when I try to sign up. I check my email and password to see if I forgot if I signed up in the past. And it still says invalid email. It won’t let me do anything!!!

I have had the same problem as many others. Tells me my email is wrong. Trying to reset password doesn’t help. I uninstalled and “allowed” all requests and then it stalled on registration. I’m not a novice in the computer development field. The developers need to spend a lot more time de-bugging an app before they release it.

I couldn’t create an account, had to use an Android phone to do it. Now when I login it does not show the reward for the free ice that is available. Also, the app freezes when using.

I tried to make an account so i could receive rewards but it kept saying invalid email and password. I’m very confused on how any of that is invalid if I’m signing up
