Birthday Club issue

The birthday club part of the app has a glitch that won't allow certain dates to show up as the correct year. (Ex. 12/30/1984 shows up as 12/30/1985)
Doesn't work

Just like other users, this app didn't work for the only thing you really need it for: the rewards. The app didn't recognize the QR code. Too bad, because Rita's is pretty good.

It's works perfectly since the day I got it. I use it a couple of times a week.

Love Rita's but same issues as everyone else, the punch doesn't work, I wasn't able to set up my birthday rewards either. It keeps quitting.
Yum time but sometime

Rita's is yum-fricken-yum but the app is eh. I had a few frustrations when first setting it up but the only thing I use it for is to punch my card. The app is just one more techy thing to fuss with so I don't bother with it except to track my purchases.
Reward stolen

We have used this app since last year and loved it. Our punches were all filled up and we had a free one we hadn't used yet. Today somehow someone stole our free one. I got an email saying our free Rita's was redeemed at a store in a different state, one we have never been to. I checked my app and sure enough, the free one is gone. How does someone manage to steal that??

When attempting to sign up for Birthday Club, app crashes. Also: if it's possible to have alerts when your fav flavors are at your location - I'd like to be able to view a daily menu for my location...
Buggy during setup

Can't even get through setup. When I try to choose my local Rita's store, I'm told to turn on Location Services, even though it's already on.

Rita's is just the most delicious thing ever. Ever. I've had no problems with the app. It works great!
