Crashes everytime I try to enter my birthday. Would not let me scan the barcode today. And this review is my only recourse.

Crashes when you enter birthdate. Also seems to be unable to calculate dates since it warns you that you must be at least 13 years old when my birthday is 66 years ago! Who writes this garbage. Who pays for this garbage? It really makes you look like idiots.

This app is a waste. My local Rita's does not use cups with QR codes so I can't earn rewards.

Perplexed by the 5/20/2015 review. All of the Rita's near us use the same Rita's cups - without codes - but the all have the same type of plastic-encased, free-standing code by the windows, and the staff aggressively encourage every patron to use it and to earn rewards, do ratings/likes, etc. It couldn't be easier; and using the app to check flavors or hours couldn't be more convenient. LOVE IT!!!

Great but buggy.

I love Rita's but there isn't one very close to my home or work. This app helps me set up text messaging so I know if my favorite flavors are available at the Rita's slightly out of my way home. The app crashed when I tried to sign up for birthday rewards.

Everytime I scan the qr code at ritas, I get and error message and it does not credit me for a visit.

Lost it all

The app wouldn't open. I tried the old stand by...uninstall and re-install. It worked. App opened. Lost all my punches. Frustrated.

Our local Rita's does except the app. But I used it seven times and when I went to do my eight one that should've been free it started me all over back at one. So 7 more visits to see if it actually works?

App with lots of issues

Hooked on Rita's

I absolutely love Rita's, I've been hooked for many years! Rita's itself gets 5 stars, but unfortunately their terrible app gets only 2 stars. It's a great idea but I've had so many problems getting the app to work so many times (and have heard other customers say the same) that I think Rita's should revisit their app and make some changes. It often won't allow me to "punch" the punch card with the QR scanner until I'm logged in but won't let me log in, what a catch 22! I finally was able to log in and had already earned 2 free gelatis but they completely disappeared! UGH! So frustrating! Please don't tempt me to earn something with my loyalty then take it away from me!

Punch doesn't work

The scan "punch" almost never works! The app has very limited info. Would be great to see menu items and location hours. Not worth the space on my phone :-(
