I opened the app and tried to sign up and it keeps saying invalid email and or password and I’ve tried different emails and password combos but nothing works! Super mad.

Constantly wants you to connect to Bluetooth. Will not let you log in nor ask for password assistance. Says everything is invalid. Very frustrating!!!!

When I try to register my account, the app just stalls and nothing happens. Update, customer support was able to help me register my account.

Kept saying my email account was invalid. It is not. Gave up after the 4th try. I really want the rewards but the app is not making me want to go spend more money that’s for sure. The treats are awesome, this app is not.

It could use a place to put in points that you forgot to do in the shop. For example I went today but forgot to scan the qr code. I want a place where you can enter the information of what you got.

This app hasn’t worked at my Rita’s for at least two years. Deleting it from my phone. No sense in having it any longer. Kept trying and trying but nothing every time. Scans the qr code and get an error. Every. Single. Time.

Still not fixed. Pointless can’t login most of the time just when your ready to use it. 5-6 times I’ve been unable to scan to get credit. Disappointing!!

I agree with the previous reviewers about the disfunction of this app. It is truly disappointing and frustrating that I can never access my account using this app while in line to purchase Rita’s or even at home. I was only able to access my account once on the day I created it. The message I continually receive when I enter my registered email address and password is “Invalid email or password. Please try again.” I even continue to receive the same error messages when I attempt to reset my password with the temporary passwords that are generated and sent to my email address. How can that be when the temporary passwords are generated by you? I have purchased enough Rita’s this season to have earned at least two free items by now. This app should be decommissioned until it is debugged and working properly. In the meantime you should figure out a way to keep your advertisement promise to your loyal customers by issuing stamp cards to keep track of purchases and rewards until this app is working the way it should be.
