Cool but what about my credits?

This is great, but I just went to Rita’s and tried to use my punch card that was almost full, and was told I have to use the app now. They wouldn’t give me credit for the stamps I had. Oh well.
Lost it all

The app wouldn't open. I tried the old stand by...uninstall and re-install. It worked. App opened. Lost all my punches. Frustrated.

Was told they don't have punch cards anymore so I should download the app. Downloaded the app and couldn't get qr code to work so they told me "sorry, we can't help with that".

Don't even bother to waste your time and install it. It doesn't work. You have to turn on bluetooth and gps location. After you done that you thought it will work. No, wait, it doesn't work no matter your scan the QR code or input the store# manually, it will give you error message. Waste my time!!!
App does not work & why does it want Bluetooth access???

Don’t bother installing this app until Rita’s makes some major repairs. App asks for camera and Bluetooth access. I understand camera to scan in receipts, but why Bluetooth? No option to deny access, so I just let it finish. But the app just sits at the opening screen with the wheel of death spinning. Don’t waste your time with this app.

The birthday club doesn't work. Really needs to be fixed because there's not much to do on the app and what's the point of having the birthday thing on there if it crashes when you try to put it in

This app used to work, now it says there's an error trying to connect to Facebook and it won't let me sign in to punch a rewards card. Bring back the physical cards or fix this sorry excuse for an app.
