I tried a bunch of times to sign up. It keeps saying invalid email. Seriously?? I can guarantee that I know my own email considering I’ve had it for 22 years. Waste of time.

Tried to download for my free water ice that’s valid only today and kept freezing and telling me my email was incorrect while trying to sign up.

I’ve downloaded the app on Wednesday and every time I try to log in it keeps saying invalid email address or password. I even tried my other email address as a new sign up and get the same message. I guess it wasn’t meant for me to be able to get the free Italian ice today. I know it’s the correct email because I receive my emails from Rita’s at the address I entered.

Trouble creating account but customer service was helpful and really worked hard to fix issue and help me create an account.

O went to sign up and after entering all my info it just sits there and spins. Can’t be that hard. Fire the developers, what a waste.

Every time me or my wife tried to register, it doesn’t work and loads for hours. Went to Rita’s and they said multiple customers have expressed the same problems. Sounds like the app needs some bugs to be fixed.

I get emails all the time to my primary account. I downloaded the app. Tried to sign up and either my email or password is “incorrect” ... I emailed the company and haven’t gotten a response. I love their products, but their app is useless. They keep sending me emails to download the app and get a free ice. I only wish I could.
