Needs Apple Wallet and Apple Pay integration

The app is ok, but it's missing some features that would make it much better. 1) Needs ability to order ahead and pay with Apple Pay 2) Needs integration with Apple Wallet so the rewards barcode can be accessed from the lock screen, without having to navigate through your phone.

Like many others have commented, the punch card doesn't work, which was the whole point I got the app.

When I updated the app I lost my punched card for a free Italian ice. I had one that was fully punched now I lost it. Not happy.

When you download and re-sign in it will erase your old rewards. There's no game on this version. You can have multiple punches in one visit which is a much needed change.

Do NOT update if you have a free reward. I am very disappointed in Rita's for allowing such a glitch. I actually had two free reward cards and now they're both gone due to me updating this app. If you have a reward card it is just not worth it.

This update is super awesome!.....because now I can't log in! Thank you so very much. Can't go in under Facebook can't reset password can't create a new account with my e-mail! Your tech team should be proud! SUPER proud!

Rita's gets a 5 star, this app I'd give a negative 2. I had a full punch card on the old app, it's now gone. The cute game my son likes is gone plus not a huge fan of the color scheme. Very disappointed.
