Cannot redeem points !!

Stay clear! No such thing as customer support here. Same as other people ,keep getting an error about something wrong with my account , and a weeks worth of requests to get no response . Better Business Bureau seems like the only recourse as far as I’ve seen on the Internet.

This app is legit and safe!! It is so easy to use. Simply snap a pic of your receipts and if you order online you can link your email for more points. I save my points to cash in for Christmas!!

Can’t redeem rewards!

I downloaded this app about a month ago. I have reached enough points to pick a $10 reward. It says 0 days left of emailing to redeem an award but the reward is still locked. Suddenly my email is disconnected and it says if I connect for auto scans I’ll get bonus points. Before connecting to auto scan I notice that I am now able to select a reward… BUT the app says my email is disconnected and if I don’t reconnect I won’t be able to redeem my reward. I reconnect my email and the rewards are locked again. I have about 3 other receipt apps and I have never had to jump through so many hoops for the payout ?. Also this app should offer either more points for scanning for other earning options.

After 6 chats-no reply- they close it- no one has contacted me

I’ve used this app for a year and when I wa t to use my points to get a gift card that’s unlocked of coarse theirs a problem with my account. It’s been a week and nothing but them Closing my case as it’s resolved I’m owed a 50$ gift card and no one can tell me why my account has an issue or why I can’t get the gift card that I’ve been saving up for a year now. This app is a complete scam.

The app is good in that one seems to accumulate points quicker than other similar apps. However, gets only a one star for customer service. Nearly impossible to get help of any kind. Takes days/weeks to hear back via e-mail & I have yet to find a contact phone number. Two stars only for rewards in that there’s all these other “criteria”, once the appropriate points have been earned, to be able to actually redeem. As far as I’m concerned, once earned, the reward should be available immediately!! Crossing my fingers to see if my reward actually appears in my email!!
