After 6 chats-no reply- they close it- no one has contacted me – Receipt Pal: Rewards & Scanner Review

I’ve used this app for a year and when I wa t to use my points to get a gift card that’s unlocked of coarse theirs a problem with my account. It’s been a week and nothing but them Closing my case as it’s resolved I’m owed a 50$ gift card and no one can tell me why my account has an issue or why I can’t get the gift card that I’ve been saving up for a year now. This app is a complete scam.
