Don’t trust them

If you don’t submit a paper receipt within 60 days they take all your points. In this day & time a paper receipt is wasteful. They don’t give your points back no matter how many electronic receipts you have. It’s a waste they are making money off the information you provide. Other apps like this don’t take your points
Never got my gift card

I saved my points for over a year and never received the gift card in my email. I tried multiple times to contact them and got no response. It’s been 2 weeks and still nothing. I have stopped scanning receipts. I just checked my account and they have responded and sent me my card. So it worked but was a big hassle. I will continue to use it though.
Lacking customer support

I have submitted 2 help desk tickets for assistance to redeem awards. Tech support sends me system generated FAQ emails, but no one responds to my issue and I am unable to redeem.

This app is great to use to earn gift cards. I hate you can only redeem for the lower limit cards now without connecting your email, since it has never worked when I attempted to add my email.

So I’ve been using this app for a couple of weeks now but I absolutely love it! So far I’ve made enough points to get 2 $5.00 Amazon gift cards! I honestly wish I found this app sooner but I’m glad I have it now. The only complaint I have is with how many times you can scan your connected accounts for points. Instead of collecting points from my connected accounts once a week we should at least be able to do it twice a week. I feel like that would be more fair to the people that don’t shop as often.

They don’t expect most receipts or don’t get any points. You you do get points then they expire witch they don’t tell you and refuse to issue them back when it’s a mistake on their end. And can only email commuter service and it takes them 5-6 days to get back to you . And they are no help! Their is a few different apps like this that’s a lot better and you get more points. I would go with something else if I was you.

it used to be an okay app when i got it last year. ive redeemed two $5 e gift cards no problem. i just tried to redeem a $10 e gift card and have had nothing but issues. they make you register an account in a virtual reward center. it will not let me login after i have logged in a few times. i also cannot use it on the target app as it clearly states the target e gift cards work on. also, they are very picky about receipts. i understand that it should be in date. you cant do the same stores receipt more than a certain amount of times in a 24 hr period .so if you only shop at one store a lot dont get this app. they also have so many pop ups immediately when you open the app. and it runs so slow and freezes up with the pop ups. i have a new iphone but with this app i feel like a have an old samsung from 2010.
