Be careful if you don’t set you account password to the exact same thing as your email password, then you can’t unlock your email and the rewards never become available to use. I have done a ticket for them to reset my password (so I can make it the same as my email password) but the ticket has been ignored. It is a security breach IMO because then they will know my email password. I believe this is how they get users to scan their receipts for months and then scan them out of the rewards. Good luck in dealing with the tickets, still waiting for them to 1) allow me to change my password or 2)unlock my rewards without linking my email ?

This is an update. I have since changed my review to a One star. I received an email from the developer saying it takes a few days for support to answer emails. When I received the developer email, it had already been four days since I emailed support. I have since then emailed two more times. I was loving this app. Take a picture of a receipt and get credit. That simple. Well that ended yesterday/Wednesday when I had to contact the support people. All of a sudden my Amazon purchases aren’t being credited. All my information is there and hasn’t changed. I emailed to find out what I can do to fix or is this a problem at their end. It has been almost 24 hours and I haven’t even received a reply that they received my question.

Well it keep showing status code 500 and didn’t let me into apps. Wat a waste of Internet??♀️, apps not opening.

It keeps giving me an error that it cannot connect my email even though I’ve entered all information correctly. So without that I’m unable to redeem rewards I guess

It would be great to have the feature most receipt apps have that allow you to add sections so you can have a picture of the whole receipt where it can be read. Customer support is awful. You have to submit tickets multiple times to get a response. Ereceipts did not work for the longest time and then when they were finally added to my account, I did not get credit for them. When the app doesn’t recognize a full receipt or the date on the receipt, the receipt will go into the invalid section and instead of being able to dispute the inaccuracy with the current picture, you have to take another - many times this is unnecessary. Personally i would rather have an unlimited amount of green cards to fill up than run out and have to submit for sweepstakes entries and then take days for new green cards to show up. I would also prefer a PayPal option instead of amazon or retail gift cards. Although the amazon gift card is still pretty good.

I’ve been using this for years and have probably gotten over $250 worth of gift cards! It’s a great way to get some extra money by not doing much!
