A bit confusing…

This app literally takes forever to earn anything bc you have a max of 300 points you can earn a week . They claim you are in a drawing for 250 bonus points each week but they don’t provide a list of winners for proof. I’m literally going up delete this app once I get my first gift card bc it’s not worth the time it takes to earn. Stick to Ibotta and fetch where you earn much faster!

Never had a problem with this app. Been using for a long time. Have already cashed in a $100 gift card to Amazon. Saving up for another one.

You have to reset everything, but that isn’t obvious. It kept accepting my receipts. I never got an email that there was an issue, but apparently you have to reverify your email. It is in their FAQ, but no other app requires that, so who thinks to look?!? And, if they are getting submissions and there is an issue, how about a heads up? When I finally saw the issue and fixed it, my account reset to 0!! I didn’t even have my previous points. Total. Waste. Of. Time.

Tried 2x to cash out my rewards and the app tells me there is an issue with my please try again later each time! But there is no issue with me uploading more receipts

They have deleted my past reviews. Pure scam. I will take to Reddit to spread the word on this garbage app. They owe me $100 gift card. Don’t bother with this.

Takes looooong time to earn points

I usually have about 20 - 30 receipts per week. It has been almost six months since I use the app, I have only earned about $10 points. I know they offer drawings but my chance is very slim. But in a different app I used, it earned about $28. Almost triple the $$$.

I collected enough points to redeem for a $25, I thought I did everything to redeem but I didn’t get an email or a code. I’ve been trying to reach them for a few days now to resolve this issue and all I get is an automatic reply with links to articles that DO NOT solve my issue. I’m starting to get the feeling this is a SCAM
