I can’t redeem my rewards

Nice app but getting frustrated that I can’t redeem my rewards at all. Even contacted customer support and have gotten no response .

Love the site, just having problem redeeming rewards. Can’t get to print out (in this case) Walmart egiftcards. When I go to print out the instructions or whatever comes up and can’t get it to go away to print. I have been in contact with customer support and have been kinda helpful, just sounds like they’re getting kinda agitated with me. I’m sorry that I didn’t think to check my junk mail, but... I do feel the need to add that this is the only time I’ve had a problem. I’ve been with this app a very long time and never a problem. Questions have been answered in a very timely matter. I do wish and hope that in the future they start to accept my icloud.com or me.com email but I guess that’s a me problem.

If you have a receipt that more than 3 inches long you cannot scan it and have it approved. The multi scan option doesnt work and you get rejected. If you back far enough away to snap the whole thing they claim it cant be read and it gets rejected. Want support? Forget it. All you get is a response that they are very busy. Too much effort for next to nothing in return.

Great way to keep copies of receipts. Some weeks I get more, like the app. It’s easy to use. Just ordered my first gift card.

Ok, the app is ok, doesn’t always accept my receipts especially when there’s nothing wrong with them. I don’t like the fact that I’m not getting credit for ALL my ereceipts. Idk if the app is picky and choosy on what places they accept, but it messed up. I want credit for the 2 restaurants that I ordered from.

Why do I keep losing the connection to my Amazon account log in? I had to re-connect on Wednesday, twice yesterday and just now. Please fix this. It’s pretty annoying.

THIS APP. DOES NOT GO BY ITS WORD. AFTER YOU'VE ACCUMULATED 9250 POINTS OF SAVING AND SCANNING YOUR RECEIPTS, YOU REQUEST YOUR $25 RETAIL GIFT CARD OR AMAZON GIFT CARD AND NOTHING!!! I’VE SENT THIS APP TWO EMAILS TO NO AVAIL. NOT WORTH THE TIME!!!!!

Recently, all of my receipts have been getting rejected. First off, they need to fix the way receipts are scanned! Most of my mine are kinda long and it takes more than one picture to be able to capture the whole thing. I have other apps that I scan some receipts and you can take a few pictures to capture the item. This app would be great if they would fix this. It is frustrating to have to go back and try to make it a better picture and IF you even can accomplish that!

Tried 7x to sign up in the past two weeks and have been unable to. App and registration appears to look seamless but clear that there is some major improvements needed.
