Won’t let me redeem rewards!

I’m so frustrated as I’ve been scanning reactions for a year, just to have a little extra cash for Christmas, I’m eligible for almost 30$ in gift cards & every time I try to redeem it says there’s an issue, try later. I’d love to change my review but there is no way to get a hold of a support desk & they are not responding to any of my messages through the app. Very disappointed. I wish they’d help me out.

I spent about 6 months scanning receipts only to be told I can’t redeem my points. Support would not address the problem, state the TOS was violated but they wouldn’t tell me how it was violated

I have been using this app for a long time and have received many Amazon gift cards. I did have a problem and it was corrected very fast.

One = Receipt Pal. Thought it was just me that was having issues redeeming a gift card but it’s everyone else too!!? Well guys you know what this means don’t you?? When a company is unable to fulfill its obligations that means bye bye company! Sent many messages, directly thru email and in the apps message system, crickets…. When they’re usually quite responsive. It’s been nearly 2 weeks for me, but what’s weird is, I’m still uploading receipts, and ReceiptPal unlike the others is the only app that manually reviews receipts and mine are being reviewed, accepted just like normal. They’re just ignoring everyone that’s cashing out. Well it’s clear, someone’s having financial issues and can’t provide us the gift cards we earned. Saw many stating they saved up, waited till they could cash out for $25 cards but I had a feeling something like this was about to go down, that’s why I cash out when I have the minimum just to make sure I don’t screwed like many did. I’m cashing out on all my other apps now just in case more go down like dominoes.

I was loving the app.. finally had enough to redeem point and it keeps telling me there is an error. I’ve tried to reach out to he help center and haven’t gotten a response back. Very disappointed as I’ve been a religious user of this app

Pretty good app but it doesn’t let you submit very many receipts per reward period. I wish they would let you do unlimited recipes that go towards points not towards the drawing. I’m always having to try to hold on to receipts and use them on other apps.

Keep having issues with the app not scanning my email for receipts or getting them from Amazon. I made several Amazon purchases and am waiting for them to be added to the account. Also my credit card receipts that get emailed aren’t being added. It takes forever for the app to scan my email. It just keeps me stuck on step 2 of 22. I’ve probably missed many points. :(
