Need more reward options

I love the app and use it regularly! I just wish we had more gift card options and a PayPal option

I have tried for over a week to redeem a $25 Amazon reward. It keeps telling me oops, there’s a problem with your account please try again later. I’ve reached out for support, all I received were links to articles that were no help at all. When I replied back that this didn’t solve my problem, I’ve heard nothing back at all. Not impressed with customer service at all. May be time to delete this app, but after all the time I’ve spent scanning receipts now I’m out $25? What a waste of time ?‍♀️

Used the app for a while with no problems until recently. Submitted some receipts and they claimed are expired that were not just so they do not have to provide the points.

Receipt pal is a scam I recently collected enough points to get a e-gift card and went go to submit the option to redeem was locked. Don’t waste your time using this app. Get Coinout is better.

It’s too personal and higher security risk factor. There’s too many other apps that are easier to use, better payout, and I even got a “receipt expired” error on several receipts the same day I shopped within the dates of eligibility. Just not as user friendly as others.

I’ve been using this application for about 2 years now. One of my friends referred me to it and I like it because it’s able to track by merchant how much I’ve spent on one applications,And also the fact that I will scan the receipt and you have a receipt saved to your phone. Maybe there’s an easy way to print receipts that I can save on your phone I haven’t mastered it yet and maybe it’s not even thought of yet maybe they can develop that for an add-on product. And I recently cashed in 40000 points and got Amazon gift cards. I bought a few gifts for myself which is very nice for scanning receipts.

I have other receipt apps that I use as well as Receipt Hog. I like that it gives you “slots” with the option to win more points. The issue I have with Receipt Hog is that the camera is very sensitive. When I go to take a picture of my receipt I will sometimes get the error that I need to keep my device flat and it refuses to take a picture. I can have this problem several times which is very frustrating. The other problem I have been having is that I am trying to connect my Amazon account and a message asks for a multi factor authentication code that was sent to my email. I never receive these emails. I have tried this several times to no avail. This is also frustrating as I shop on Amazon a lot.

RIGHT WHEN I SIGNED UP ON MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT ON THE APP I GOT HACKED IMMEDIATELY AFTER. DO NOT INPUT ANY INFORMATION ON THE APP!!!
