This product has saved me a ton of money! There are no monthly fees, it has free bill pay, and a free ATM withdrawal in addition to unlimited free purchases at stores, restaurants, etc. It is so easy to use, I even got my tax return put straight onto my rapid! Visa card!

This app has worked perfectly for me, and I don’t understand the poor reviews. We can easily check my balance, find ATMs and instantly transfer my son money to his card. I love how easy it is to use!!!

Honestly if the app worked it wouldn’t be so bad but it is always saying “authorization failed”. They need to fix it because it’s hard to make transfers without good access to your own account.

I've entered my card number correctly yet it will not let me send money to my other card. I've done a bank transfer however the transfer takes 3-5 business days which is too long, especially with me getting paid on Friday. Please fix your transfer from card to card.

I have been a cardholder for over 5 years. I received the card through my job and love it. Easy to use app, savings account with interest is fantastic. Only one problem ever and customer service resolved quickly. Great card and great company!

I was very happy and content which is up at the beginning however in the last month all I get is a buffering symbol on my screen unable to login, unable to do anything. help please
Horrible third party

The rapid pay card is not rapid at all, every time I call customer service I’m asked for my personal information several times before I get help and every time I’ve needed my money it’s been late or delayed. Horrible idea and company, I’m leaving and never looking back.
