I’ve had this app since December of 2017. It worked fine for most of the year. That was until a few months ago when I tried to sign into the app. It just won’t open. “An error occurred. Please try again later.” Then it kicks me to my home screen. Over and over and over again. Update December 2018: No updates, nothing. Still can’t open app.

The concept of the app and what can be done within the app is great. HOWEVER- I can hardly EVER actually get past the “Authentication Fail” error anymore when trying to log in. It’s so freaking frustrating when you’re trying to get in to check your balance/transfer funds/look at recent transactions and you CANT because you’re fighting to get in. I have had a rapid pay card for over 5 years. I have been an app user for at least 3 of those years. The error instances have always been a thing but they have increased significantly in the past few months! Too often I have to open safari to get to the rapids website but it’s definitely not as easy to navigate through when you are needing to check your banking information quickly. Please please please fix the bugs that keep this an ongoing issue. This app has so much potential!

Does the job but I have to put a code in every time I login even when I check the remember device box. Fix that and I’d give it five stars

This app is SO out dated. I have the IPhone XS Max and the font is so huge and it’s not necessary. Please try to update it and make it more convenient and especially have it up to date.

By far the most difficult app to navigate, horribly slow, their “challenge” question system was created by the worlds biggest imbecile. Should be shut down for how poorly put together the app is

If I could rate worse I would 3-5 business days to transfer money over to a account , unfortunately I was forced to use this for my first paycheck but Rapidpay is straight trash worse bank ever
