Needs work! – rapid!Access Review
Very low-performing interface. Where’s Touch ID???? Get with it! Refunds take waaaay too long. I’m also seeing a lot of transactions get refunded then processed again without my knowledge or request. Makes me not fully trust that my balance is accurate OR that I’m not being overcharged. Savings acct side is shaky. I had a savings acct but the first time I was unable to access my own money I closed it. Not okay!
Your phones at customer service need work as well. I hate when a phone computer demands my card number, date of birth, last four of social, etc. then the representative asks for it all again because the system didn’t populate their screen with the information I put in. Very annoying.
