im very upset with this card holder, i made a month ago a transfer of 100$ to my chase account and nothing came on, so in less words i loss 100$, and when i call to the costumer service they dont solve my problem, they just tell that i have to wait, i have been waiting for one month!!! this is the last time i use rapid card!!

Garbage app they made that way on purpose. They are gonna get that atm fee. Screw this app.

I am new to using rapid and with buying things I have not had a problem, however, when trying to use this app and after creating an account it would not leave the please wait loading screen for 30 minuets. After swiping the app out and trying again it told me there was already an account with my card number. So I tried logging in and it wouldn’t let me saying there was an error that there was no account with the said username I set up and password. Fix the app or get rid of it.

This app is horrible they need to work on it it never lets me login and it won’t even let me confirm my email

I feel the same way as bigfan. This app needs to fix these bugs because when I need to check my info I would like to check with no problems getting into it

Just stay with what ever bank you have worst bank ever! Horrible service app is acting like it’s from 1978 get with the times
