Too Good To Be True!!

Easy Peasy! 2 simple steps! I love this process. The staff delivers the groceries directly into my car. I simple drop items into my cart online the night before and pick it up the next day anytime that I have scheduled with Ralphs. The staff has been very happy and responsible with choosing the items. Clicklist is so much better than “Instacart” - which continually made wrong choices from my list. I think the Ralphs staff just has such a better grasp of the aisles and the products & so Clicklist works so much better!!
It’s a joke

Two months now this idiotic app doesn’t work. I have sent numerous emails to customer service (that’s a joke). I have spoken with the store directly also(another joke) You would think that a company as large as Kroger could afford to hire a IT specialist that actually knows what they are doing. I have stopped shopping at Ralphs and started at Vons. Make it right I might consider returning. UPDATE —————— The app worked for a couple of weeks. When this promo of 25 days of December (?) it suddenly stopped again. I guess Ralphs won’t be giving any of this away this year because your idiotic app doesn’t work. Fire the fool that doesn’t know IT work and pay someone a little more to get the job done.
