Can’t create new card or link old one

I entered my number and last name, didn’t work. Tried to create new card, didn’t work!
Update app??

Wants me to update, sends me to App Store, no update button, only open button. Press open button, sends me to ralphs app. App asks me to update.
No Delivery Option?

I use this app often for ClickList and pick up st the store. It can be improved, like adding more ways to sort lists by price as well as name. Also it says we can choose to pick up or deliver. This is NOT true. It takes us to a different site where I have to enter in everything all over again. This is crazy. Why isn’t it all streamlined together in the same app? Why two apps and two websites? I sometimes can pick up and sometimes need to get it delivered after I e added items to my cart over the last few days. Please combine the two into one app. Thank you.

Coupons never load, and app crashes when coupon icon is chosen. I can choose digital coupons on the website, but they never show as loaded to card in the app and lists don't show up when I'm in the store. Useless piece of junk.

I like the concept of this app & use it regularly for digital coupons. I wish it was a little easier to navigate when it comes to using it for shopping. Also, the prices on the app don’t always reflect the prices in the weekly ad I receive & I never know what price I’ll be charged if I’m ordering online. $3 for 12 cans of Diet Coke if you buy 4 is great, but when the cans are listed as $6.24 each online, putting four in my cart is a risk I’m not willing to take. Lastly, I’ve attempted to use the click list function multiple times when the app wasn’t working. I fill up my cart (a somewhat time consuming process), go to check out & something happens & my cart is empty. I’ve wasted hours online to end up having to go to the store because the click list just won’t work.
Horrible app not organized

This is the worst grocery store app. You have to switch back and forth to see categories which is a pain. The coupons are never organized under the right heading, like whoever maintains it has no idea what the products are so you have to go through all the categories to see what is available It is tedious and inefficient. I hate this app it used to better way back when. Pavilions/Vons has a great app to come it to.

It crashes a LOT. I had my store selected from the very beginning, but when I went to check out, it said I’d changed my store and an item was not available because of it.
Coupons Need to be Fixed

The coupons component of this app quite often will not load, showing that there are zero coupons available. This is extremely frustrating when shopping in store, especially when the ad references the use of digital coupons to get the advertised price. Please fix this!
