Gave up and went back to ordering from my PC

This app is impossible to navigate to actually buy something for pick up. It lets you put items on a list BUT that is not the cart and then you have to place items from the list into the cart. One by one. It makes no sense to have to do these multiple steps. And it’s very hard to find things. On the PC, through their website it remembers what I’ve bought and makes it super easy to create an order to pick up. The app is shockingly bad. My 13-year old could design a better one. Don’t waste your time trying to order food from the iPad - just go get your laptop and use it.

The app is so user friendly and makes my shopping experience so easy! As a new mom I don’t have much time these days. I feel really grateful that I can make my purchases online and pick-up via the Curb Side Pick-up option. Thank you, Ralph’s!
What the heck happened??

App was great now all of a sudden it’s down, nothing she’s up. I deleted the app and downloaded again thinking it was a fluke and now I can’t even sign into my account and nothing shows up, just the same error message “oops experiencing technical error” blah blah blah. I know it’s the app because I was able to log in my account and order my groceries fine on my desktop computer

But they’re not the store for me during a pandemic if you want convenience or touch less pay options. They don’t take Apple Pay but the Kroger pay on this app didn’t work. And we tried scanning it at two different checkout aisles. The workers there are great but the pay option on this app is worthless. Vons is now my store.

Delivery Service Ripped Me Off!!!!!
Can't stop listening to AC/DC
Made a request to have groceries delivered. Everything went well, driver told me they were on their way, and said my order was approaching. What happened next, I never got my groceries or made any contact with my driver explaining why they were running late. Unless they get everything together with their delivery system, I will NEVER order groceries on this app ever again.

You guys need to add ebt payment to the delivery service! During these times especially when people can’t leave there homes because they are Covid 19 positive!

Very user friendly for old ones like me this is the first time I could see products get details and add to cart right away not only that but it knows what I used to buy and brings those items up...very handy for someone with a poor memory.This will make a HUGE difference in our quality of life can’t wait to send our second order today! As someone who has not been allowed out of the house since March this is a whole new wonderful world...thank you
