Seriously, even the other major grocery store has it. Many use the app as a shopping list because the smartphone is always in hand; not so with paper lists and tired of fumbling for credit card. Mobile payments are convenient and more secure.

Hard to connect to ID number. Will not allow me to open. Tried another account with other email won’t work. Probably less than 2 percent actually use digital. Awful software. I’m sure Kroger programers will offer a valid excuse in their eyes. Why not make it simple to the layman.
Categorize coupons

It would be nice to type in what you’re looking for instead of having to look through hundreds of products looking for what you want.

This app keeps crashing every time I try to add to cart or load coupons to my card!

Of course the app is rubbish after the update. Wish you guys would leave it alone or don’t put anything out til ALL the flaws are perfect. Stop trying to make it stylish, plain and simple are always best.
Doesn’t Work

Installed app and does not recognize card number, 10 digit security code, or email address. Ralph customer service couldn’t even help. Crappy app!!!
Coupons I receive in the mail aren’t on the app

I had four coupons for free items. I had them in the seat part of the cart. I stepped away and when I went back they were gone. I retraced my steps thinking maybe they fell out and couldn’t find them anywhere. Anyway, I went onto the app so I could just load them to my card, but they weren’t on there. Extremely frustrating. It doesn’t make sense why they wouldn’t be available.

This would be so much better if you allowed for a simple check box on what type of bags you want, if you bring your own bags, or no bags.
