Crashing constantly

Since the newest version the app will crash when I tried to open it. I’ve updated my phone, restarted both my phone and the app, and deleted and reinstalled all the app, nothing works! This app was great and I used it constantly, but now I don’t even want to shop at Ralph’s because the app is so frustrating!

I’ve used app for awhile but now it won’t even launch. Opens and closes so can’t use coupons or look at ads. Please fix!

My Kroger app works fine on my phone. Except it becomes really slow sometimes. But the Ralph app!!! I couldn't even open?? It crash every time I try to open it!! Has anyone have the same problem ???

I’ve never had issues with this app until this past week. I normally use this app religiously for savings and grocery planning. Please fix it!!! May be an issue with the latest iOS update?

Update: Thank you for fixing the app! I can now open & use it. I love using the e-coupons, and getting the "Free Friday" items via email. I use this app every time I'm at Ralphs. Previous: Normally I use this every time I go to the store, checking through the coupons. I just updated the app and now I can't use it. It tries to open, then crashes. I am bummed, please fix it!
