I’m so glad this app was updated and works without crashing now. I love using this every time I shop. I add all the coupons I need as I go through the store. Love the Friday Freebies. Would love if there were more coupons added. I’ve noticed Ralph’s doesn’t add every coupon available. Sometimes competitors will have better manufacturer coupons on their apps. Other than that I love the ease of using this while I shop.

Items in the Fresh Market should be added to the pick up list. Other than that, this is a great app.
Only iOS 10 Now!?

The app was working perfectly fine on my iPad mini running iOS 8. Forced update now requires iOS 10. Why? You lost me as a user as I refuse to update to iOS 10 (and slow down my iPad) just to use this one app. You are also shutting out iOS 9 users as well.
Couple of glitches

When using the comment section of the product, to choose colors for example, the box is not visible when typing using apple phone.
App keeps crashing

For weeks now the app keeps crashing every time I try to open it :( it's completely unusable. Hope it can be fixed soon or I may end up deleting it.

Before this week I would’ve rated the Ralph’s app 4 stars. It’s a love-hate relationship. It would run slow but eventually I would still be able to see what coupons are available and where products are located. This week I can’t even open up the app! This is so inconvenient since I have shopped at Ralph’s this week and i was unable to see what coupons were available. This is ridiculous how out of no where it won’t work at all!!! Please fix this issue ASAP!!!

I’ve talked to several people and we all have the same problem the app open then Immediately closes. Do something to fix this pls I just tried to use the app again and it’s still broken do something

I use this app on a regular basis and it makes shopping at the store in person so convenient and easy plus I never overspend with the cart tool that I use to help me pinpoint my checkout total before going into the store ? it does however need an update as I’ve been trying to use it for the past few days but there’s a forceclose issue at the moment. Otherwise great app!
