Why have this app if you can’t use it?

I open it and it closes within 5 seconds every time. Occasionally it will stay open for a couple minutes and I try and see as much as I can before it crashes. It would be a great app if it stayed open!

When grocery shopping I prefer to use the stores app. I can see what I plan on buying since I use the shopping list. The nice thing is I always have my phone with me. Plus it always seems as though I forget the paper list lying on the kitchen counter or attached to the refrigerator. Over the last 6 months I have deleted and reinstalled the application probably 15 times because it would fail to launch. Then it would be ok so I could shop. For the past week I have deleted and reinstalled the application about 15 times and it will not launch. I won’t shop at Ralph’s until this is fixed.

This hasn’t been working for me for days, and per the reviews of others, the problem has been going on for quite a bit longer that that! (I also would have been inconvenienced by it sooner but have been out of the area.) This is affecting the way I shop; Ralph’s is literally losing business (mine at least) as it’s just easier to check prices/specials at stores whose app are working and go there.

Terrible app. Works for about a week or two and then just stops and crashes right after opening. The only thing way to fix it is to delete and re-add the app. As of 10-14, the app simply doesn’t work at all. It just crashes immediately & reinstalling makes no difference.
