I have tried to make his app work several time with no success. It says that there are no local agencies supporting pulse point, however a person next to me using the same app can get it to work.. #disapointed.

I have used this app for quite some time and it is nice to be able to see what’s going on in my community. However in the latest update the times for when a call is cleared is no longer displayed. I found it useful to have this info to help me determine how severe the incident was. Hopefully you will add this feature back in.

You all close out/clear incidents before they are even cleared. Example: you notify of a incident fire and rescue show the incident grows needing more fire and rescue personnel and you have closed the incident out and moved it to recent column! Obviously it’s not closed and it’s getting bigger! Visually I am a witness to this and this is not the first time! Not to mention you all miss calls a lot too! Get it together.

I love this app I love to chase down VCFD Every-time we gets alerts we get to that scene as fast as we can if this app got deleted I would be depressed
No Aircraft push notification

Use it all the time to know whats going on. You would think an aircraft crash would send a push notification, especially if its an MCI event

This gives so little information that it isn’t very helpful. There is no follow-up to the initial alert. There should be a clickable link with more details as the situation progresses and is resolved.

This app doesn’t give me the address, so I can’t help if there’s an emergency nearby because I don’t know where to go. All I get is the street it’s happening on. That’s not at all helpful and just left me feeling like garbage because there was an emergency and I couldn’t help
